EagleCals EC#145-32 B-25J decals in 1/32 and 1/48

Eagle Editions’ EagleCals EC#145-32 B-25J decals in 1/32 and 1/48

While there is no shortage of interesting American markings for the new Hong Kong Models B-25 kits in 1/32, EagleCals has goes ahead and announces  the release of the beautiful sheets printed by Cartograf in Both 1/48 and 1/32 scales.

This sheet focuses on 345th BG, the Famous “Air Apaches” with nice nose arts and a very colorful painting on it. The sheet gives modelers the ability to mix and match very interesting schemes from these American bombers with the standard U.S. olive drab-over-neutral gray paint scheme, with the Stars and Bars and apache warrior heads on the tail.

Comprising three aircrafts, two B-25J22 and one B-25J32 with the serial numbers 44-29588 baptized “Fatso” features a red ball on the nose. 43-36199 “199” with a curious Silver Nose area and finally the 44-30934 “Betty’s Dream” that features an awesome nose art representing the head of a Bat.

The decals are printed about as well as they possibly could be by the world premium decals printer, the Cartograf from Italy. The capper is the instruction sheet, which provides descriptions of individual planes, complete with information on weathering and unique equipment fits.

EagleCals was already the gold standard for decals accuracy. This sheet is another great example of this nice work from Eagle Cals looking for new options and high accuracy in modelling. Nice sheet and very welcome subjects.

Prices: EC145-32 – $18.50 and EC145-48 – $15.50
